Pick It Up: Drivers can begin the process by scheduling an appointment with our team over the phone. We'll find you a time and date that works and take care of the details from there - no need to visit us first to schedule your appointment. On the service date, a service pickup professional will arrive at your location to get the keys to your vehicle.
Service It: Once we have your vehicle, we'll start on the scheduled service. You won't have to wait for service to complete - you can go about your day while we take care of your maintenance and repair needs. We'll inform you of any work we perform and get confirmation from you before working on repairs you aren't currently scheduled for.
Drop It Off: Once we complete your service, we'll bring it back to you! No need to travel to the dealership from your home in Lodi, Galt or Manteca. We'll call to confirm the completed services and ensure you're home to receive the vehicle.
