What's New for the Mustang Mach-E?
This year, Ford made several changes to the Mach-E. Ford has added two new exterior paint options: Carbonized Gray Metallic and Vapor Blue Metallic. Ford has also made improvements to several of its trims and optional packages. The Premium trim features Ford's Co-Pilot360, black bumpers, gloss-black 19-inch wheels, and an increased range. While the GT Performance Edition has 20-inch gloss-black wheels and black GT badging.

Performance
The Mustang Mach-E is powered by two unique powertrains. Modesto residents who purchase the base model will find a standard-range 70.0-kWh battery. While Lodi locals who purchase higher trims will receive an extended-range 91.0-kWh pack. Each battery powers an electric motor mounted on either the rear axle or both. The Mach-E has all-wheel drive when the motor is mounted on both axles.

Interior
Much of the Mach-E's exterior design is inspired by the Mustang, though its interior is a different story. As you step inside the Mach-E, you'll notice the dashboard has a more streamlined look giving the model's digital gauge and vertically mounted touchscreen a classier look.
Since the battery and motor for the Mach-E are placed under the vehicle, Valley Springs shoppers will appreciate the increased cargo area offered in front of the vehicle. Made from durable plastics, the front truck of the Mach-E is a welcome addition. Though this is not to say the main cargo area isn't impressive. Typically the main trunk has 29 cubic feet of space, but with the rear seat folded, the space is expanded to 60 cubic feet.
Technology
All trims of the Mach-E use Ford's next-generation Sync infotainment system. This system uses machine learning to customize your driving experience and runs through a vertically mounted 15.5-inch touchscreen. All systems also come with over-the-air updates to expand their capabilities. Other features offered include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, and a Bang & Olufsen audio system.
Safety
To ensure the safety of Galt and Manteca drivers, Fords equipped the Mustang Mach-E with various advanced driver-aids. Base safety features include automated emergency braking, forward-collision warning, a blind-spot monitor, and rear cross-traffic alert. Optional features include adaptive cruise control with a hands-free driving mode.
