Performance Features
There are two powertrains that are available for the new Ford Transit Connect. The base engine of the Ford Transit Connect is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 162 horsepower and 144 pound-feet of torque. The larger 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which is also available for the Transit Connect, produces 169 horsepower and 171 pound-feet of torque on the roads of Sacramento. Every Transit Connect van is equipped with a front-wheel drive drivetrain. The 2.0-liter engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the 2.5-liter engine is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Interior and Cargo
